Pre-commercial availability

Alertira is currently available for product evaluation. Paid live checkout remains disabled until the contracting entity, registered address, registration details, and governing jurisdiction are published here.

1. Trial

The public pricing page states whether a payment method is required for the current 14-day trial. Alertira does not treat a checkout return page as proof of payment; only a verified Dodo event changes subscription access.

2. Cancelling renewal

When paid billing is enabled, you can cancel future renewal from the Dodo customer portal or contact billing@alertira.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or mandatory law says otherwise. Cancelling does not erase records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.

3. First-purchase refund

You may request a refund of the first paid Alertira subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase. The account must not show abusive, unlawful, or materially excessive use. This voluntary window is in addition to any non-waivable consumer right.

4. Renewal and billing-error refunds

A renewal refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of renewal if the workspace has not materially used monitoring after renewal. Duplicate charges and confirmed technical billing errors are corrected regardless of these voluntary windows when reported promptly. Contact billing@alertira.com with the account email, workspace, invoice or payment reference, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds return through the original payment method via the Merchant of Record; bank and payment-network timing is outside Alertira’s control.

5. Partial periods and plan changes

Outside the windows above or mandatory law, unused time and partial billing periods are not automatically prorated or refunded. Upgrades, downgrades, annual plans, taxes, discounts, and credits follow the terms displayed at checkout and in the Dodo portal before confirmation.

6. Merchant of Record

When paid billing is enabled, Dodo Payments provides checkout as Merchant of Record. The checkout and receipt identify the seller/payment handler and applicable tax treatment. Dodo may participate in refunds, disputes, or information requests under its own legal obligations.

7. Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
